1. Introduction and Program Overview

The Healthy Hub Creator Affiliate Program (“Program”) enables approved creators (“Affiliates” or “Creators”) to earn commissions by promoting products offered by Healthy Hub (“Healthy Hub,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) through unique affiliate links or discount codes. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Program and establish the rights, responsibilities, and obligations of all participating Creators. By submitting an application, accepting an invitation, or participating in the Program, Creators acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable policies issued by Healthy Hub and Shopify Collabs.

2. Eligibility and Application Process

Applicants must have at least 1,000 followers on at least one active social media platform, maintain a public account with recent and authentic content, and publish content relevant to wellness, healthy habits, lifestyle, organization, or related subjects. Applicants must provide complete and accurate information regarding their identity, social media accounts, audience, and content. Healthy Hub reserves the right to review all applications, request additional information, approve or reject applicants, and determine whether an applicant meets the Program's requirements. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance. Creators must satisfy applicable age requirements and obtain any legally required parent or guardian consent. Approval may be withdrawn if information supplied during the application process is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Affiliate Links and Attribution

Approved Creators will receive a unique affiliate link or discount code for promoting eligible Healthy Hub products. These links and codes are intended solely for legitimate promotional activities and must not be altered, misrepresented, or used to manipulate the affiliate tracking system. A commission will be considered eligible only when a qualifying purchase is correctly attributed to the Creator through Shopify Collabs. Healthy Hub does not guarantee attribution for purchases made through untracked links, expired links, unsupported channels, or other circumstances in which the platform fails to associate a purchase with the relevant Creator. Creators may not claim commissions on their own purchases or engage in any activity intended to generate artificial referrals or commissions.

4. Commission Rate and Calculation

Healthy Hub will pay approved Creators a commission of 30% of the eligible purchase amount for qualifying transactions attributed to their affiliate links or discount codes. The commission will be calculated after applicable discounts and will exclude taxes, shipping charges, and other amounts that are not part of the eligible product purchase value. Commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions successfully recorded by Shopify Collabs and remain subject to the holding period, refund adjustments, cancellation rules, and other provisions established in these Terms and Conditions. Healthy Hub reserves the right to modify commission rates for future transactions, subject to applicable agreements, platform requirements, and any notice required by law. Changes will not be applied retroactively to commissions already earned unless permitted by applicable law and the relevant platform policies.

5. Commission Holding Period

All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period beginning on the date of the qualifying purchase. During this period, commissions will remain pending and will not be considered ready for payout. The holding period is intended to allow time for transaction verification and the identification of cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, or potentially fraudulent activity. Commissions may be adjusted, withheld, or canceled during this period when a transaction does not meet the Program's eligibility requirements. The end of the 30-day holding period does not guarantee that funds will be deposited into the Creator's account on that exact date. Payment remains subject to Shopify Collabs' processing procedures, the merchant's billing cycle, and the Creator's payout account status.

6. Payment Processing and Payout Conditions

Eligible commissions will be processed according to Shopify Collabs' applicable payment procedures. Under the automatic payment process, commissions that have completed the holding period are added to Healthy Hub's upcoming Shopify bill. Payouts to Creators are processed after the applicable merchant bill has been paid and the Creator has activated automatic payouts and completed all required payment verification and account setup procedures. Actual payout dates may vary depending on platform processing schedules, billing dates, payout thresholds, payment provider requirements, and the Creator's account status. Creators are responsible for providing accurate and current payment information and completing any identity verification required by the payment provider. Processing fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges may apply under Shopify Collabs' policies. Healthy Hub cannot guarantee a specific deposit date where processing depends on third-party services or incomplete Creator account information.

7. Cancellations, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Commission Adjustments

Commissions may be withheld, canceled, or adjusted when an associated transaction is canceled, refunded, disputed, charged back, identified as fraudulent, or otherwise determined to be ineligible. Healthy Hub and Shopify Collabs may review transactions where irregular activity is suspected. Creators are not entitled to commissions on transactions that do not satisfy the Program's requirements. Where an adjustment is necessary after a commission has been recorded or paid, it will be handled in accordance with Shopify Collabs' procedures and applicable law. This section governs affiliate commission eligibility and does not limit any consumer rights or refund obligations that may apply to purchases of Healthy Hub products.

8. Creator Promotional Obligations

Creators must represent Healthy Hub and its products honestly, accurately, and professionally. Promotional content must not contain false, deceptive, misleading, or unsubstantiated statements about the products, their features, or their expected results. Creators must not make unsupported medical, therapeutic, or health-related claims about Healthy Hub's digital products. All promotional activities must comply with applicable advertising standards, consumer protection requirements, platform rules, and disclosure obligations. Creators must clearly and conspicuously disclose their affiliate relationship with Healthy Hub wherever required. Spam, unsolicited mass messaging, fake engagement, misleading advertisements, unauthorized coupon distribution, and any method designed to deceive customers or manipulate affiliate tracking are prohibited.

9. Paid Advertising and Restricted Promotional Activities

Creators must comply with any additional written advertising guidelines provided by Healthy Hub. Unless expressly authorized in writing, Creators may not represent themselves as official employees or representatives of Healthy Hub, purchase advertisements that misleadingly impersonate the brand, or use the Healthy Hub name, trademarks, or other protected materials in a manner that suggests unauthorized ownership or endorsement. Creators may not use illegal, deceptive, or prohibited promotional techniques or advertise Healthy Hub products in a way that violates the terms of a social media platform, advertising service, or applicable law. Healthy Hub reserves the right to request the removal or correction of promotional content that violates these requirements.

10. Intellectual Property and Brand Materials

All intellectual property associated with Healthy Hub, including its name, logos, branding, website content, digital products, ebooks, guides, planners, designs, images, and written materials, remains the property of Healthy Hub or its respective rights holders. Participation in the Program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to a Creator. Healthy Hub grants participating Creators a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use approved brand materials solely for authorized promotional activities during their participation in the Program. Creators may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, share, modify, or commercially exploit Healthy Hub's digital products or protected materials without prior written authorization.

11. Confidentiality and Responsible Conduct

Creators must not disclose confidential business information received through participation in the Program unless authorized by Healthy Hub or required by law. Creators must conduct themselves in a manner that does not intentionally misrepresent the brand, undermine customer trust, or interfere with the operation of the Program. Healthy Hub may investigate suspected violations and request information reasonably necessary to verify compliance. Creators must cooperate with legitimate investigations relating to suspected fraud, misuse of affiliate links, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.

12. Suspension and Termination

Healthy Hub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a Creator's participation if the Creator breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false information, engages in fraudulent conduct, misuses affiliate links or discount codes, violates applicable law, or conducts promotional activities that may harm Healthy Hub's reputation or business. Where appropriate, Healthy Hub may request corrective action before terminating participation. Upon termination, the Creator must stop using affiliate links, discount codes, and brand materials that are no longer authorized. Eligible outstanding commissions will be handled according to Shopify Collabs' policies, the applicable payment process, and relevant legal requirements. Termination does not eliminate obligations that arose before termination or provisions that are intended to remain in effect afterward.

13. Program Modifications and Availability

Healthy Hub reserves the right to update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Program or any part of its operation. Changes may include eligibility requirements, commission rates, promotional guidelines, available products, tracking methods, and payment procedures. Any changes will be communicated where required by applicable law or platform policies. Continued participation following the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law. Healthy Hub is not responsible for temporary interruptions, technical failures, or changes to services provided by Shopify Collabs or other third-party platforms.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal information provided by Creators will be used as necessary to review applications, administer the Program, verify eligibility, track commissions, communicate with participants, and facilitate payments. Information will be handled in accordance with Healthy Hub's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Creators must respect the privacy of customers and must not collect, use, disclose, or process customer information obtained through the Program except as lawfully authorized. Creators are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.

15. Taxes and Legal Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for determining and fulfilling their tax reporting, declaration, and payment obligations arising from commissions earned through the Program. Creators must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing advertising, consumer protection, intellectual property, privacy, and affiliate marketing. Participation in the Program does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Healthy Hub and any Creator. Creators participate as independent affiliates and are responsible for their own promotional activities and expenses unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Limitation of Liability

Healthy Hub does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, sales, conversions, or commission earnings. Results depend on factors outside Healthy Hub's control, including audience engagement, Creator activity, customer purchasing decisions, and the availability of third-party services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Healthy Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in the Program, interruptions to affiliate tracking, or delays caused by third-party payment providers. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are subject to applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute relating to participation in the Program will be addressed in accordance with applicable legal requirements and any mandatory consumer or contractual protections. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.

19. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to, accepting an invitation to, or participating in the Healthy Hub Creator Affiliate Program, each Creator confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, together with applicable Shopify Collabs policies and any additional program requirements communicated by Healthy Hub.
